About our camp

TutorCamp is a unique opportunity to spend a week immersed in the English language. The children will have all the chances to overcome the language barrier and improve their speaking skills.

The camp will be held in Truskavets—a picturesque spa town at the Carpathian foothills offering miscellaneous entertainment, recreation, and health care options. Our town is famous all across Ukraine and Europe thanks to Naftusia, a healing mineral water that we use in a variety of medical treatment procedures.

Parents or grandparents could use this opportunity to come to Truskavets and while their young ones are having fun learning at the camp, adults can use the time to relax and improve their health.

At the Camp, interaction between campers, teachers and volunteers is based on values of mutual respect, kindness and justice. The children will learn to form, formulate, articulate, prove, and defend or change their opinion. And all of that in English!

We also offer ,on request, a prophylactic course of healing mineral water Naftusya, prescribed by our doctor.

Involvement of volunteers – native speakers – throughout the day creates conditions under which the child is “forces” to speak in English and gradually looses fear, getting used to it. A variety of the camp activities are designed to strengthen knowledge of the Grammar, Pronunciation and Vocabulary:

  • Formal teaching, including preparation for IELTS (International English Language Testing System) and ЗНО
